Glocall International Callback, VOIP ,Toll Free calling cards, SMS,IP PBX

Callback is an easy to use method to make international calls that would enable massive savings of over time. There are basically three methods of initiating a callback. Each different method is made available to users so that they may be able to access the callback at their convenience. The main aim is that the user should be comfortable using the service which ever method they choose.

When you sign up for an account, all the neccessary details will be setup for you.

CLI CallBack

Caller Line Identification (CLI) callback allows for simple callback in countries which do not mask the users CLI. CLI is basically means that your telephone number is sent as part of the call so that our systems are able to identify which number the call originated from so that the system may callback to that number. Many countries and mobile service providers mask the CLI or it may need to be activated. This being the case, users who do not have CLI should chord the "Dedicated Option".

Instructions

• Usage: Landline or Mobile phones with Caller ID enabled   (i.e. your phone should not be set on “Private Number”). Mobile contract and MTN subscribers need to activate “International dialing” and  “Caller Identification” to use this option.

• Step 1:  Dial the access number found on you Glocall card
• Step 2:  Wait for a BUSY TONE and HANG UP.
• Step 3:  Wait until your phone rings and answer the call.
               Enter your PIN number when requested by the voice prompt.
• Step 4:  Dial your destination number when Prompted
                 
        Dial your destination using the following format:  E.g.  UK

  Country Code | Area Code | Local number

E.g. UK London           44                71              123456                       

DO NOT DIAL 09 OR 00 BEFORE THE COUNTRY CODE  

Pinless dialing and recharging options :

•  Dial #123 when prompted  to dial your destination number. Your PIN would now  be saved and your PIN number would not be required when making calls in the future.
• Recharging is only available if you have saved your PIN using the above method. In order to recharge:
• Dial #100 when promted to dial your destination.
• Enter your NEW voucher pin number.You account would now be recharged with the new voucher amount.

Dedicated CallBack

Dedicated Callback may be used from anywhere in the world. The user would activate a unique access number that would callback to the users predefined number, usually the number that the user would make calls from. This option would be preferred if the CLI of the user is blocked or cannot be set by the local service provider.

Instructions

Usage: Landline or mobile phones where Caller ID is blocked. You would be allocated a unique access number, that when called, would call back to your landline or mobile phone number that is setup during sms activation.

Activation:
Send an SMS to activate your personal access number. This is a once off activation after which you would be able to recharge your account.

• Step 1:   Type the following sms as indicated to setup your personal access number

Format of the SMS:

Activeglo+<Your PIN number>+<Your number>

      Example:
                               Activeglo+123456789987+27115551234

        <Your PIN number>      =   123456789987 (Your Glocall PIN number)

       <Your phone number>   =   27115551234   

     <Your phone number> is the number that you will be making calls from.

      Please use the following format when including this number in the activation SMS

  Country Code | Area Code | Local number

E.g. UK London           44                71              123456     

• Step 2:  Send the SMS to 0073007771142
            You will now receive an SMS containing your personal access number which

                would be used to recieve a callback.

Dialing using your Personal Access Number:

• Step 1:  Dial the personal access number received upon activation
• Step 2:  You will receive a call back to the number that you  have registered during activation.You will not be prompted for your PIN code
• Step 3:  Dial your destination number when Prompted.

           Dial using the following format:  E.g.  UK
